You may know Matt from our WnPIA meetings. Or from his Harcourts billboards. Or from his feature in the NZ Property Magazine.
But tonight, folks, you’re going to get to know Matt on a new level – he’s coming along to share his passion on real estate and his personal involvement with it. A background of fruit trading to Asia has given Matt the skills needed in both marketing and negotiating. Since moving to Wellington, he’s purchased several properties in Kelburn, Mt Cook and Hataitai, he manages rental properties and tenants, and has been a landlord for almost a decade. With all these skills and powers combined, he’s a quiet force to be reckoned with. Come along tonight to hear a great story and a few lessons.
