Property investment is changing rapidly. New tax laws, a changing market and tighter bank lending are forcing investors to change how they approach property.
In this presentation, Andrew Nicol and Ed McKnight from Opes Partners, will walk through the options for how property investors can respond to these changes.
This includes strategies for active renovations-focused investors, as well as passive new build focused investors.
