Sustainability Trust can help you make sure the home you’re renting out is warm, dry and meets the Healthy Homes Standards (HHS).
Sustainability Trust has developed a procedure to assess your rental property against the Healthy Homes Standards (HHS) and to make recommendations for necessary upgrades.
As a sustainable association we encourage you to bring a keep cup or water bottle to meetings. Tea and coffee will be provided.
