Thomas Clement has 18 years experience in the property industry across a variety of disciplines including as a Realestate agent, a landlord, a property developer and managing a number of digital listing platforms and classified sites Including Easyroommate, Flatmates.com.au and Realestate.com.au. After growing up in Tauranga Thomas completed his degree at Canterbury University and his career has taken him to the USA, UK, Australia and of course NZ.
Thomas is the founder of myRent.co.nz which changes the way tenants and landlords manage their tenancies. The inefficiency, high cost and frustrations created by traditional management options was not something Thomas could accept when managing his own portfolio and was his inspiration to approach things differently.
In this talk Thomas will discuss how legislative changes and economic conditions are changing the way landlords find tenants and manage their properties.
