Come along to our Monday, 29 February 2016 meeting to hear Trevor Pringle from BRANZ to talk about how to maintain rental properties. BRANZ have recently run a house condition survey that identified a few trends with rental properties. Trevor is the Principal Writer for BRANZ and has responsibility for development of information products and for the technical content and accuracy of all BRANZ publications, web content and seminars. He has written extensively for the Building Industry on a varied range of topics, has been responsible for many published BUILD (the BRANZ magazine) articles BRANZ Bulletins as well as individual publications such as Maintaining Your Home, Landscape Construction and the BRANZ House Building Guide. He has also written many of the BRANZ Good Practice Guides, as well as a number of titles in the Good Repair, Renovate, Level and Building Basics series of publications.
About Trevor Pringle:
Trevor graduated with a degree in Architect in 1977, was registered as an Architect in 1980. Before joining BRANZ he had over 12 years’ experience as a practising Architect in public and private architectural practices working on commercial, educational and domestic (new and renovation) projects before joining BRANZ in 1989 as a Technical Writer. He has also worked on the tools as a builder and carried out hands on renovations of his own houses.
