Get the low down on the political environment from NZPIF Executive Officer Andrew King and Helen Marriott our Central Representative.
Andrew King is the Executive Officer of the NZPIF. He has been a member of the Auckland Property Investors Association since 1996 and was President from 2000 until 2007. Andrew started to invest in property in 1986. He founded the Residential Property Investor Magazine ten years later and has written two best selling books on investment property.
Helen Marriott is the Central Area Representative on the NZPIF, and member of the Taranaki Property Investors Association since 1997. She is the Treasurer of the TPIA and has been an executive member since 1997. Helen and her husband run their own property management business, Hosuse4rent, in Taranaki.
