The seminars will appeal to private landlords at all levels of experience. It will cover a wide range of tenancy topics and include guest speakers from the Inland Revenue Department and Ministry of Justice to talk generally about taxation topics and enforcement topics. Our tenancy speakers will answer written questions submitted by members of the local Property Investor Association (PIA) about some unusual tenancy situations.
The seminar will start at 7.00 pm sharp and finished around 9.15pm with guest speakers from MBIE and experienced landlords from WnPIA . There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.
There is no charge, but places are limited so you need to register to attend.
