    Wellington Property Investors' Association has speakers based on topics of interest raised from previous meetings, and delivered by keynote speakers with experience and expertise. Starting from February 2021 our new monthly meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month. We are working through a suitable venue to host the increased membership (suggestions welcome!) November's meeting is the last one for the year!

Come along to hear Peter Murphy from Crombie Lockwoodtalk about insurance, and to wish your fellow investors a particularly prosperous summer break.

All property investors need house insurance at a minimum. This month we have Peter Murphy from Crombie Lockwood, and a couple of his colleagues, coming to educate us about how the Christchurch Quakes effected the insurance game, how the recent house insurance changes have occurred, and what may happen going forward.

You'll no doubt be aware of the recent changes to insurance. This meeting will help to clear the air on the confusion, and to hear insurance news straight from the industry's mouth.

Make sure you're covered for everything your property may need.
